Pregnancy Yoga Circles – A Space for You and Your Baby
Congratulations – you’re pregnant!
Pregnancy is a deeply transformative and precious time and yoga offers a gentle yet powerful way to support you throughout this journey.
Pregnancy yoga is suitable for both complete beginners and experienced practitioners. These nurturing yoga circles are designed to help you feel confident, connected and calm as you prepare for birth. They support you in deepening your connection with your baby, strengthening your intuition and releasing any fears or anxieties around pregnancy, labour and birth.
Each session offers a peaceful and relaxing space to help ease discomfort, improve mobility and promote better sleep. Together we’ll explore gentle, supportive movements that help you feel more comfortable in your changing body – preparing you both physically and emotionally for labour.
We’ll practise:
- Breathing techniques to calm the nervous system, manage discomfort and support you through pregnancy and labour
- Movements and positions to move with greater ease and comfort, help release tension, increase circulation and ease common pregnancy symptoms while building strength and stability in preparation for birth.
- Pelvic floor awareness to help you strengthen, soften and release – essential preparation for birth
- Restorative practices and deep relaxation to nourish your body and mind and offer moments of deep rest
Each gathering offers space to be with others on a similar journey – held with care, warmth and respect.
