Mindfulness Meditation

These sessions will include:
Yoga nidra (Yogic Sleep)
Guided pranayama practice (breathing)
Guided meditation – in lying or seated
Restorative Yoga
Props will be provided, however, whenever these workshops are popular, we recommend that you bring your own if possible. If you would like to experience this practice on a much deeper level, do please bring a couple of blankets, a pillow and any yoga props that you already have.
What to wear: Do layer up and bring your super warm socks for extra cosiness and comfort.
