Yoga in Glossop classes are taught in small groups with a non-dogmatic approach aimed at all levels and stages of life. You need to be able to get up and down off the floor unassisted to attend.

You are very welcome to borrow from a wide variety of props and equipment.

Yoga

Monday – 7.30pm – 9.00pm 

Wednesday* – 7.30pm – 9.00pm

Value: 8 week course over a ten week block at £56 or £45 concessionary rate

Value: 8 week course over a ten week block at £50                                     

 Pregnancy Yoga 

Sunday – 10.30am until 12 noon

Courses: 8 week course over a ten week block at £58 or £50 concessionary rate

Value: 6 week course over a seven week block at £48 or £40 concessionary rate

Drop-in sessions (usually from 35 weeks plus):  £8.50 or £7 concessionary rate.

Nurture and Nourish Yoga Workshops

Sunday (fortnightly) – 7.00pm until 8.00pm
